Wellness Wednesdays — first Wednesday of the month, capped at 12 women per class

Wellness Wednesdays

The first Wednesday of every month, 45 minutes. We open in prayer and take prayer requests from everyone in the room, move into worship together, and then flow into a full Yoga session — because steadying our bodies and steadying our hearts and minds through prayer and Jesus go hand in hand.

45 minutes — prayer & prayer requests, worship, then the Yoga practice.

Morning Class

9:00 AM

Yoga — first Wednesday of the month.

Evening Class

6:00 PM

Yoga — first Wednesday of the month.

Taught by Landri Brannan — in the process of bringing on an instructor so this can grow beyond one teacher.

Hi, I'm Landri Brannan! I'm a Certified Personal Trainer, competitive NPC bodybuilder, and nutrition coach with a passion for helping others build strength, confidence, and healthy habits.

Throughout my bodybuilding career, I've earned 3 top-two NPC placings, giving me firsthand experience in training, nutrition, and body composition. While I'm proud to be part of the military community through my husband's service, my life has always revolved around fitness and bodybuilding.
